We Have a Tap for That

Uncovering your past to transform your future

Barbara Charlton decided she didn’t want to be a dentist after working for her dad from ages 13 to 18. So instead, she carved out a successful career in executive IT sales, project and program management, followed by an equally great run at selling residential real estate.

Despite all that, Barb found herself longing to find her passion and purpose. Enter EFT (or “tapping”).

Barb is privileged to tag along with clients as they release the old hurts, sadness, or other stuck emotions that often clouded their lives for decades. EFT is a self-help tool. But when something is so buried, or is that painful, it’s better to have a guide.

That’s when people bring Barb in. She coaches them to heal their responses to negative life events.

Barb is from Rosemount, Minnesota, and moved near outside of Dallas, TX so her parents never had to leave their own home as they aged. She lives now with Steve, her husband, and four dogs she was privileged to rescue. (She is not permitted to foster rescues anymore, as Steve says “four dogs are enough.” So instead they do transport relays helping rescues get from one end of the country to the other. That’s safer, as there’s always someone waiting for those dogs at the other end.)

As the principal of Metaphorical Archeology, LLC, Barb is a certified EFT practitioner through EFTUniverse.com, a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP), the Holistic Chamber of Commerce, and the Energy Medicine Professional Association.
