Doctor Shahrzad Nasrabadi is the founder of natural health and yoga LLC. She has been in the healthcare profession world since 1999. Back in 1999, She got her bachelor degree in public health science and worked in Healthcare Management for two years. Shahrzad’s passion for following the Health care, disease prevention, and yoga took her to start a research study project about “Effects of Yoga on Mental Health” at Tehran University Medical center. This study took about two years and finally, her research was published at the NIH( National Institute of Health) Journal of the United States of America.

After migrating to East Coast, She continued her study of yoga philosophy and got certified as Iyengar Yoga Teacher (IYT 200 )in 2004. Her passion for following yoga and his husband’s encouragement guided her to continue the yoga path and become a Certified Yoga Therapist ( 1000 HR) in 2007.

Shari’s passion for natural healing led her to study more and more!!!! She started to study traditional naturopathy at New Eden school of natural health.In fact, it took her eight years of great effort to accomplish and get her doctoral degree. She had a doctoral graduation Thesis. Shari’s doctoral thesis was about” CANCER PREVENTION”, How to prevent cancer at the source?”. Her book is published in 126 pages and can be found online on The other, Dr. Shari’s accomplishment is Certified Holistic Health Consultant from the American Council of Holistic Health( ACHM ).

After graduation as a Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy in 2015 , Dr. Shari moved to california and started her own practice. Actually, she felt she can serve people better since she has enough knowledge and healthcare background experience. In the meantime, She studies and tries to be qualified to solve her client health problems. Certainly, solving health issues and disease prevention has been her passion. She loves educating her clients and encouraging them to choose natural health as the first choice of health care. Finally, Dr. shari is passionate about not only teaching yoga but also teaching nutrition, lifestyle and chronic disease prevention.
