Monique Lang is a psychotherapist, teacher, writer and healer. For 40 years she has worked with and helped individuals, groups and communities. Trained in many of the cutting edge psychotherapy models, mindfulness practices and shamanic techniques, Monique brings a depth of presence and gentleness to her work with people in her counseling practice, her teaching and her workshops.
Monique has served on the faculties of Columbia University School of Social Work, the State University of New York at Stony Brook’s Department of Child Welfare, and Mercy College Department of Psychology. She was a group supervisor for the the third year psychiatric residents at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY.
Monique has presented in a variety of settings including the Omega Institute for Holistic Studies and Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.
