Kathy Whelan, a graduate of Duke University and the University of Virginia School of Law, practiced corporate and securities law at a Wall Street law firm and a multinational energy corporation. Her volunteer service has included membership on the Women’s Executive Council of the Susan F. Smith Center for Women’s Cancers at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and service on the Boards of Trustees of Bates College and Dana Hall School, among others. She is now a certified Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine with additional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness for Professionals. Kathy currently works through her company, Whelan Health & Wellness Coaching, doing private coaching as well as presentations to companies and other organizations and groups. The parents of three and grandparents of four, Kathy and her husband, Bob, live in Boston.
