Jeni is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Community Health Educator with a Master’s degree in Health Science. She has over 20 years of experience working with all ages in all seasons of life and in all environments. Mother of three, former foster mom, and active community leader working with young people and adults, she has a passion for creating better connections between young people and their adults. Her first book, Kind Words: The Glue That Helps Keep Us Together, is especially helpful for early readers and their families to be reminded about the power of kind conversations, it is not your fault when someone is unkind, and it is okay to ask for help.
