My personal story of understanding the relationship between foods and health began at the age of 10, when a sports injury became a chronic problem. The removal of all nightshades from the diet fixed it, along with chronic hives. Growing up in New Zealand the land of dairy was not a great fit for me since milk shakes and ice cream always made me feel sick. These experiences, along with becoming poisoned with pesticides and mercury amalgams began my life long desire to help people who wish to improve their health and mental well-being with nutrition and lifestyle changes.

What is a healthy food for one person could be an inflammatory food for another. It is for this reason that I strive to find what works for each individual so that they can bring down inflammation and improve their overall vitality. The immune system is the most important system to have working correctly and targeting this will improve 80% of health challenges.

It is the same with supplements. Echinacea is a miracle plant for many people but does nothing for others. This genetic difference makes it very important to find out which products and foods your body will do the best on. I consider it a privilege to be entrusted with your health . I have found that a combination of all 3 modalities work harmoniously and allow healing to take effect.
