Christina has decades of experience as mover/teacher of yoga, dance, aerobics, weight training, Pilates and other techniques. It is though daily practice of yoga she found the holistic and spiritual benefits far beyond every other modality. She works with beginners, older students and persons who have been sedentary due to illness, injury or lifestyle, as well as athletic students. She intuitively uses a variety of techniques, for mindfulness, dynamic alignment and body awareness in ways that empower students for better vitality and stress management in their daily lives. Certifications include 200hr RYS, 300 hours Ashtanga, training in Restorative Yoga, and Senior Yoga (9 years experience working with persons in assisted living). She enjoys working with the athletes at the Stone Age Climbing Gym. She studies the Ayurvedic art of Marma points (similar to acupressure). She is experienced working one to one with persons who have illness or injuries using multiple modalities such as Reiki and Marma points.
She is also an artist and has also worked in education and human services.
