As a computer scientist I helped develop fault tolerance, distributed systems across a wide variety of fields including gene hunting. In the field of gene hunting we always had to ask what we did not know to find that next needle in the haystack. Studied internal martial arts learning an ancient art of bone setting Tui Na. After twenty years of bone setting with friends, decided to take up Oriental Medicine in retirement years. Went to acupuncture school after age 50 and graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Herbs, Acupuncture, Body Works, and the rolling art of Tui Na. Created a practice in 2005 and have been actively pursuing the field of wellness ever since. I treat the body, mind, and spirit using various modalities of Chinese Medicine.
